NO LAST MINUTE ORDER - We're not taking any last-minute orders.

Place your order at least 14 days in advance for deco/custom-cake, especially the ones with customized cake toppers/edible image/toys, etc.

5 days notification for the non-decorated/simple cake.

The cake is based on the recipe amount, not on weight. 

The minimum order size is a half-recipe cake, weighted approximately 1kg and more.

Don't expect it to be bigger like commercial sponge cake, because we make butter type of cake that is small but compact/heavier than it looks. 

Any damage to the cake after the collection by the customer/courier service to the customer (in any way), we're not responsible/liable for the losses.

No replacement/refund for the damages done beyond our reach.​

A 50% deposit is required to 'LOCK' the required date and for us to give attention to the order details upon confirmation of the order.

The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE for the last-minute cancellation.

The full/final payment shall be furnished within 24 hours before pickup/delivery of the order through our account that will be provided prior to the confirmed order.

We'll refund the money for the cancellation of order within 7 working days.

A full refund will be made for the cancellation of order notified within 12 days before the required date for the decorated cake / big size order.

70% refund will be made for the cancellation of order notified 7 days before the required date.

NON-REFUNDABLE for any cancellation that doesn't meet any of the above criteria.

As all of our cakes are specially made based on order, we take great effort to prepare the ingredients/tools and artwork required. As such, we don't encourage any last minutes cancellation.

We don't do the delivery.

All cake orders shall be picked up at our premises at the agreed time upon confirmation of the order.

You may hire a third-party service like Lalamove / Grab / Borzo, etc. and pick up the order.
